  • Product styles are flexible and may be adjusted based on customer requirements, material availability, or artisan discretion.
  • We do not maintain large standing inventory. All orders are made-to-order and require advance booking. Standard production time is approximately one (1) week. Complex works or high-volume orders may require up to one (1) month. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

By placing an order, you agree to the following cancellation and refund terms:

  • Within 24 hours of order placement: Full refund available upon request, no questions asked.
  • After 24 hours but prior to shipment: A cancellation fee of 50% of the order value will be deducted from any refund, reflecting materials and labor already committed.
  • After shipment: No refunds or cancellations will be accepted. All sales are final once the order has been dispatched.
  • Transit Damage: If your order arrives damaged due to transit, you must report the damage promptly upon receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually. Failure to report damage in a timely manner may affect your eligibility for any remedy.
  • Pre-Shipment Verification: We provide product and packaging/sealing videos prior to shipment upon request, to allow customers to verify the condition and accuracy of their order before dispatch.

4. Shipping Disclaimer

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, international logistics, or force majeure events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
